Returns Policy

Return Window:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number ( order number starts with “#”) and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges:
If you need a different product or replacement, please let us know when you contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
